CRWD Work Session was called to order at 6:30p.m. by Manager Brunsell.  Managers’ Virl Liebrenz, Marvin Brunsell, Mark Kampa, Bob Schiefelbein, and Dennis Loewen were present.  Also in attendance was Administrator Merle Anderson.

Motion #WS05-02-01: Motion Liebrenz, seconded by Schiefelbein to adopt the agenda noting that the March Work Session will be held March 23, 2005 at 6:30pm; therefore Motion #WS05-01-01 has been repealed. All Managers voted aye.

Administrator Anderson reviewed the proposed Draft Enhanced CRWD Buffer Program, Draft Lakescaping Incentive, and Draft Tile Intake Buffer Incentive. The Managers offered many suggestions. Drafts will be revised and distributed prior to the next Work Session.

The Board agreed that Manager Loewen could be reimbursed at current rates for attending the Meeker County Pheasants Forever meetings if he provides a report after each meeting.

Follow-up to the February 9, 2005 regular CRWD meeting Water Quality Monitoring Discussion resulted in the Board’s interest in enhancing the Clear Lake monitoring activity and requesting Wenck Associates Inc. to prepare suggestions as to how the phosphorus levels flowing from Swartout Lake can be reduced. These suggestions are to be available for the March 9, 2005 regular CRWD meeting.

Administrator Anderson distributed a revised Duties of Administrator List.
