Administrator Anderson reported that the Clearwater Harbor Area Sanitary Sewer Project financial report has not changed significantly. A final financial report for this project will be developed as soon as all bills have been received  and the contractor has completed his responsibilities.

Manager Brunsell reviewed the CRWD insurance policy provided the District by Roth Insurance Agency, Annandale, MN.

Motion #WS05-10-02: Motion Loewen, seconded by Kampa, to authorize $1,000,000 liability protection for the CRWD, based on the current insurance policy with Roth Insurance Agency. All Managers voted aye.

Department of Natural Resources staff will provide comments to the CRWD regarding this technical memorandum; however, they suggested that a survey of the streams in this drainage area would be beneficial.
